Fapping to Prevent Prostate Cancer

Recent studies conducted in Australia speculate that men who regularly masturbated, while in their 20s, may have better chances of avoiding prostate cancer in later life. There's never been a better reason for masturbation!!

As if masturbation didn't already provide enough of a payoff, a recent Australian study found that DIY sex may also help prevent prostate cancer. The study of 2,338 men showed that the guys who masturbated five or more times a week were 34 percent less likely to develop prostate cancer by age 70 than those who handled matters less often. "Seminal fluid contains substances that are carcinogenic," says Graham Giles, Ph.D., the lead study author. "Regular ejaculation may help flush them out."

And in case you're wondering, no, masturbating more than once a day won't offer more protection, and yes, straight-up sex works, too. But before you have unprotected nookie with your partner, be sure he/she's been tested for cytomegalo-virus, a type of herpes recently found in cancerous prostate tissue.

In men over age 50, the researchers theorize, frequent masturbation helps drain the prostate of fluids that may contain cancer-causing substances.  Men who ejaculated more than five times a week were a third less likely to develop prostate cancer later in life. Research suggest that ejaculating may prevent carcinogens accumulating in the prostate gland. A similar connection has been found between breast cancer and breastfeeding, where lactating appeared to "flush out" carcinogens, reduce a woman's risk of the disease.

  1. Why do so many people still deny the facts about anal sex? When done properly, it is a good, healthy, and safe way to have sex. Any man who has had his prostate massaged during or before sex knows that the orgasm was much more intense and satisfying.

For women, anal sex is a viable alternative when they are on their period, or during pregnancy.

Unfortunately there is a group of people who have taken writings from the Bible and used them out of context in the modern era. Claiming that anal sex is a sin, or that it is not natural, goes against logic and biology. If anal sex were not natural, then there would not be a "male G-spot" located where it can only receive maximum stimulation via anal sex. That's right people, the prostate is the "male G-spot", and it located behind the wall of the anus.

I have even written a book on the subject of anal sex and prostate stimulation. It is called "Down Under: The Complete Guide to Pegging and Anal Play".

If anyone is interested in an in-depth discussion on anal sex, and why it is healthy for men to receive anal stimulation on a regular basis, read my book.
